3. Access, accounts and permissions
Access to HydroVision is restricted to authorized users. Each user must use their own account and must not share credentials, tokens, authenticated devices or access methods with third parties.
Permissions are defined according to company, tenant, group, role and contracted configuration. Hydroforce or the responsible company may create, modify, suspend or remove access when needed for security, operation, contract performance or end of relationship.
The user is responsible for keeping access data correct, protecting the device, ending sessions on shared devices and reporting suspected misuse.
4. Google Sign-In
HydroVision may offer Sign in with Google for companies and tenants that use this identity provider. This login uses OAuth/OpenID Connect and Firebase Authentication to verify the user's identity and allow a HydroVision session to be created.
By choosing Google Sign-In, the user authorizes the use of basic data required for authentication, such as e-mail address, name, profile photo when available, technical identifier and authentication token. This data is used to validate access, link the user to the correct company, apply permissions, protect the session and support auditing.
HydroVision does not use Google Sign-In to access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Photos, contacts or personal files. The user may manage Google Account permissions through the channels provided by Google. Revoking access may prevent new logins through this method.
5. Acceptable use
The user must use HydroVision only for lawful, professional purposes compatible with their authorization. The following is prohibited:
- accessing data, companies, tenants, areas or features without authorization;
- sharing credentials, tokens or sessions;
- entering false, offensive, unlawful or unnecessary data;
- using the service for improper monitoring of people;
- attempting to bypass access controls, security, technical limits or permission rules;
- copying, modifying, decompiling, selling, sublicensing or commercially exploiting the software without authorization;
- interfering with platform availability, integrity or security;
- using integrations, maps, authentication or APIs in violation of third-party policies.
6. Operational data and user content
Users and companies are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, necessity and relevance of data entered in HydroVision. This includes photos, videos, audio, notes, location, evidence, leak records, device data, reports and any registered operational information.
Hydroforce may process, store, organize, display, transmit and report on this data to provide the service, perform contracts, maintain security, provide support and preserve operational history. Personal data processing is described in the HydroVision Privacy Policy.
The user should avoid entering excessive personal data or information that is not needed for the operational purpose. When registering images, videos, audio or location, the user must respect the responsible company's internal rules, applicable law, field safety and third-party rights.
7. Device permissions
The Android application may request camera, microphone, location, notification and file permissions according to the feature used. Refusing or revoking permissions may limit features such as evidence registration, maps, point location, route traces, attachments and notifications.
The user must use these permissions in a way compatible with their professional activity and authorization from the responsible company.
8. Service availability and changes
Hydroforce seeks to keep HydroVision available and secure, but the service may experience downtime, maintenance, updates, network failures, third-party limitations, infrastructure interruptions or restrictions resulting from contract and security requirements.
Hydroforce may change, improve, remove or replace features, screens, flows, APIs and integrations, especially to fix failures, increase security, meet legal requirements or evolve the product. When applicable, relevant changes may be communicated to customers or users.
9. Important limitations
HydroVision is an operational management support tool. It does not replace the technical, regulatory, labor, environmental, contractual or safety responsibility of companies and professionals performing field activities.
Indicators, maps, alerts, telemetry, reports and suggestions must be assessed by responsible professionals before critical operational decisions. HydroVision does not guarantee complete leak detection, elimination of losses, absence of data failures, continuous availability or absolute correctness of information entered by users, devices or third parties.
HydroVision is not a public emergency service. Risk, safety, health, accident, environmental or critical infrastructure situations must follow the responsible company's protocols and competent authorities' requirements.
10. Third-party services and integrations
HydroVision may integrate third-party services, such as Google/Firebase authentication, maps, hosting, notifications, monitoring, app stores and infrastructure providers. Use of these services may be subject to the terms, policies and availability of the respective providers.
Hydroforce does not control every technical and contractual aspect of these third-party services, but seeks to use them in a way compatible with HydroVision's purpose and with security and data protection obligations.
11. Intellectual property
HydroVision, including software, brand, screens, layout, code, flows, documentation, models, structural databases, visual identity and product elements, belongs to Hydroforce or its licensors. Use of the service does not transfer intellectual property to the user or company, unless expressly provided by contract.
Operational data entered by users or companies remains subject to the rights and responsibilities of the party that provided it, subject to the permissions required for Hydroforce to provide, maintain and improve the service.
12. Suspension or termination of access
Hydroforce or the responsible company may suspend, restrict or terminate access in case of misuse, security risk, breach of these terms, contract termination, company request, legal obligation or technical need.
Termination of access does not automatically delete records that must be retained for contract, legal obligation, audit, security, operational history or defense of rights.
