What HydroVision does

HydroVision centralizes operational information related to sanitation networks, teams, devices and incidents. Depending on each user's company, role and permissions, HydroVision may provide:

  • management of companies, users, teams, sectors, investigation areas and permissions;
  • device and asset management, including installation, location, status and operational history;
  • visualization of pressure, noise, telemetry and device records;
  • planning, tracking and auditing of field operations;
  • registration of suspected leaks, investigations, evidence, photos, videos, audio, location and confirmed leaks;
  • repair tracking, reinspection, incident history and operational reports;
  • maps, georeferencing and route traces to support decisions and operational accountability.

HydroVision is not a social network, e-mail service, personal file manager or consumer content service. It does not access private content from other Google products such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar or Google Photos.

Google Sign-In and OAuth

Some authorized companies may enable Sign in with Google in HydroVision. This login option uses OAuth/OpenID Connect through Google and Firebase Authentication to verify the user's identity and create a secure HydroVision session.

When a user chooses Google Sign-In, HydroVision requests only the basic identity data required for authentication:

  • Google Account e-mail address;
  • name or display name;
  • profile photo, when provided by Google;
  • technical account identifier returned by the identity provider;
  • authentication token used to validate the HydroVision session.

This data is used to:

  • authenticate the user;
  • link the session to the correct tenant, company, role and permissions;
  • protect access to the company's operational information;
  • maintain access audit records when necessary;
  • provide technical support related to login.

HydroVision does not use Google Sign-In to read e-mails, access files, access calendars, import contacts, publish content on behalf of the user or sell personal data. The Google scopes used for login are limited to basic identity, such as `email` and `profile`, as configured in the web client and Android application.

Who may use HydroVision

HydroVision is intended for professional use by authorized companies, teams and users. Access is controlled by credentials, permissions and association with an authorized company or tenant. Users without a valid operational relationship may have access refused, limited or removed.

The HydroVision Privacy Policy explains which data may be processed, why the data is used, which Android permissions may be requested, how Google Sign-In is used, which privacy rights are available and how to contact Hydroforce.
